In many cases, our customer service can help with personal advice so that you can use the product correctly and unnecessary returns are avoided.
For hygienic reasons, we ask that you do not actually use the product on or near the horse as long as you have doubts about a return. In the equine sector, products may contain traces of dirt, hair, skin oil, sweat, or microorganisms after use. Infectious diseases such as rhinopneumonia/EHV can also pose a risk under certain circumstances via contaminated material or surfaces.
Therefore, products that have been in contact with a horse, stable environment, hair, sweat, dirt, or other animal material unfortunately cannot be resold as new and safe. Consequently, these products may no longer be eligible for return.

- Returns are processed via the returns form that you receive from our Support Team.
- The return requires a copy of the packing slip that was in your box or the invoice you received via email so that we can recognize your package for a refund or replacement.
- Returned products must always be returned completely intact, unused, clean, complete, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Please maintain tracking information for your return. HorseAthlete is not responsible for lost packages.
- The customer is responsible for choosing the carrier and return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and the UK, If returning, return as “NON-COMMERCIAL GOODS” or “RETURNED PRODUCT”. Choose DHL, DPD or UPS to avoid extra costs. Otherwise, the package must be returned to the sender due to the regulations of your VAT government.

- Consult our warranty and care instructions for all details valid for refund.
- The refund applies to all products except clearance, end-of-series, or discounted products.
- If a returned product shows signs of use, such as dirt, hair, skin oil, sweat, wear, odor, damage, or damage to the product and/or the original packaging, this may affect the refund.
- Depending on the condition of the product, a reduction in value may be charged or the return may be refused if the product can no longer be resold as new for hygienic, safety, or health reasons.
- Do not wash the products in the washing machine.
- The original shipping costs will not be refunded when a product is returned.
- Refunds will be made upon arrival of your package and inspection of its contents.
- Refunds must always be processed through your purchasing store. We cannot refund items that were not purchased directly from us as we have never received payment from you as a customer. Only your purchasing store can provide that service.
