Where do I begin?

We recommend that you use your HorseAthlete product before deciding to return it. It can still be returned if lightly used. If you're still not convinced, it would be great to give us one first send email. In most cases, our customer service can help with the fit or provide advice.

How should I return?

All HorseAthlete products come with a 30-day hassle-free refund if they have only been lightly tested and used.

For all returns please send an email to support@horseathlete.com or through this contact form. so that we can easily help you further.

  • Returns are processed via the returns form that you receive from our Support Team.
  • The return requires a copy of the packing slip that was in your box or the invoice you received via email so that we can recognize your package for a refund or replacement.
  • Returned products must be cleaned and washed before being returned to be eligible for a refund.
  • Please maintain tracking information for your return. HorseAthlete is not responsible for lost packages.
  • The customer is responsible for choosing the carrier and return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and the UK, If returning, return as “NON-COMMERCIAL GOODS” or “RETURNED PRODUCT”. Choose DHL, DPD or UPS to avoid extra costs. Otherwise, the package must be returned to the sender due to the regulations of your VAT government.

  • Consult our warranty and care instructions for all details valid for refund.
  • Refund applies to all products except sale or end of range products.
  • If the product has been used extensively and shows obvious signs of use (such as wear, dirt or damage), the seller may charge a discount when refunding the purchase price.
  • The original shipping costs will not be refunded when a product is returned.
  • Refunds will be made upon arrival of your package and inspection of its contents.
  • Refunds must always be processed through your purchasing store. We cannot refund items that were not purchased directly from us as we have never received payment from you as a customer. Only your purchasing store can provide that service.
