Benefits and features of the ThinLine Full Wrapped English reins
- Perfect for sore hands, small hands or arthritis
- Gives riders a soft grip
- Non-slip, even in wet weather!
- Improves communication and connection
Why do you need the ThinLine Full Wrapped English Reins?
The ThinLine English Reins indicate that softness and quiet stability in the contact between hand and bit are important goals. Holding a rein can cause tension. When the hand is tense, this tension moves from the hand all the way to the shoulder. Our rubber grip reins, wrapped in non-slip ThinLine, give riders a soft, comfortable yet secure grip that translates to a soft, elastic connection to the bridle.
We guarantee that the ThinLine English reins will not slip, even in wet situations. A favorite of both show jumping and dressage riders. Trail riders also can't get enough of the comfortable feeling. The ThinLine English reins are used worldwide for people with painful hands, small hands or arthritis!
Although primarily developed for riders with arthritis, riders with normal grips also show improved elasticity and connection with their horses when riding with ThinLine English reins.
The English rein is durable and guaranteed to improve communication and trust with your horse.
How do you care for your English Reins?
Cleaning the ThinLine English Reins is super easy! Wipe the rein with a baby wipe before riding to prevent light dust from the arena from accumulating and to improve the anti-slip function.
Make sure your reins are free of chemicals! Show Sheen and some fly sprays will eventually cause slight stiffening of the edges of the foam. If you use chemicals, rinse your hands before riding to make your reins last much longer.
Temperature can change the feel of reins. The warmer they are, the softer and stiffer they feel. Your hand generally provides enough warmth to bring the rein to the optimal temperature.
Which length should I choose?
- 54″ – 137cm; This is the standard length.
Your horse can lower his head without coming into contact simply relax the neck. - 60″ – 152cm; Works perfectly for larger horses or for horses with large/long necks.
The length is important for your horse's comfort, but most horses do well with the standard length.

I love them. I put them on as soon as I got them and wouldn't go back. They are comfortable on your hands and I have helped with the issue I had of the reins being pulled through my fingers. I will definitely recommend them to friends.
