Risk of Loss

All items purchased from HorseAthlete BV are shipped according to a shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds and Ownership

HorseAthlete does not take ownership of returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without a return being required. In this situation, HorseAthlete does not obtain ownership of the refunded item. Unless otherwise stated, the List Price or Suggested Price displayed for products on HorseAthlete.com represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Discontinued items and factory seconds are not under warranty and non-refundable.
