Below are the basic steps to extend the life of your ThinLine product. We have divided them by type of product. Please read it carefully and if you have any questions, please let us know at

Maintenance instructions for ThinLine Pads
ThinLine Pads do not need to be washed. If you choose to wash them, we recommend baby wipes. You can rinse them with a garden hose or wash them in the washing machine (in a front loader, cold water, not in the dryer). White pads can be bleached. Keep ThinLine base pads away from chemicals such as Show Sheen, oils or leather conditioner.
Maintenance instructions for the ThinLine Grazing Mask
ThinLine Grazing Masks are easy to clean. Firstly, you can put the horse muzzle in a mesh bag and wash it in cold water with detergent and a teaspoon of bleach. Second, for a more thorough cleaning, submerge it in a bucket of dish soap and a capful of bleach.
Care Instructions for Sheepskin Pads and Products
Our sheepskin pads are made with 100% medical grade merino wool. Follow care instructions carefully to support durability and ensure your product is under warranty.
Regular maintenance:
Dry between rides. Place the sheep's wool side up in a cool environment, in humid climates you can use a fan to blow over the pillow. Once the pad is dry, brush it lightly with a pet brush to keep the wool fluffy and bouncy for the next ride.
To wash:
Sheepskin saddle pads are best washed by hand in cold water
Eucalan. You can also machine wash them (although hand washing is preferred) in a front loader, without agitators against the cushion, gentle cycle, cold. Remove excess water from the pillow by squeezing the water out or place it in your washing machine on the spin cycle. Please don't use Melp! Fill the washing machine (or bathtub for very large items) with water and then add
Eucalan to. Let it soak for an hour, squeezing the item occasionally to distribute soap and water throughout the item. If the item is very dirty, you may need to repeat the process. Squeeze or use the spin cycle to remove excess water and place on a rack or rail to dry, out of the sun and away from direct heat and dryers.
Drugs:
Full sheep's wool pillows can take 2-3 days to dry. Items with sheep's wool trim should be completed in one day. The ThinLine shim can delay drying time
